objective of my business is to provide a high quality product and reliable
service for my wholesale customers. I hope you will enjoy visiting my web site and

~ Wholesale Prices:
Prices on patterns do not include shipping and handling. Prices are subject to change.
I am not responsible for any price errors on
this site. All prices are
in Canadian Dollars.
~Payments:
Master Card, Visa, Check or Money Order. You can call me with your card number:
1-403-257-7533.
If you prefer PayPal, I can send a PayPal request for your order.
Shipments will be processed after
payment is received in full. The service fee on all returned checks is $35.00
~ Shipping and Handling Policy:
Due to rate increases and per minimum density rules put in place by
Postal Services, shipping costs are calculated after
orders are placed.
When your order
is ready for shipment your credit card will be billed for total order plus
shipping.
Thank you for your understanding. Customer pays shipping and handling
on all orders.
I attempt to ship your order within 2 days. Your order will be shipped on or
shortly after receiving full payment of the order. If you have not received
your shipped order with in two weeks, contact me.
~ Damaged CLAIMS:
If damage occurs, please accept my apologies for the inconvenience. Contact
shipper immediately! KEEP CARTON AND PACKING INTACT. Then contact me for
replacement or credit on merchandise. I am not responsible for any loss or
damage that may occur in transit with the freight line. Failure to follow the
above instructions will void the insurance and limit my ability to give you
credits or replacements.
~ Cancellations and COD Returns:
C. O. D. returns will not be accepted
without approval. Any products returned without an authorization invoice
number will be billed a 10 percent handling fee and all shipping costs. On
damaged goods, I pay freight both ways. For reasons other than damage, return shipping is customer's expense.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to properly package and insure
merchandise authorized for return. All cancelled orders will be billed a 25%
cancellation fee.
~ Return Policy:
Customers often ask what my return policy is. I aim for complete customer
satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, I want to
hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and I will do what I can
to make it right.
There is a no return policy on custom orders and special sale items, unless
damaged in shipping. I pay all shipping costs on damage returns only. On all
other returns the shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
